2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 12:01 AM EST on 15 September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM EST on 27 October 2025 (“Competition Period”).
• Referrals received outside of this period will not be counted.
  

4. How to Enter

• Entrants must share their unique referral link provided via the Promoter’s referral system.
• A “valid referral” is defined as a new customer who signs up via the entrant’s referral link during the Competition Period.
• Each valid referral will be tracked through the referral system. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for referrals not properly recorded due to technical or user error.
  

5. Discounts

• Each entrant who signs up during the Competition Period will receive a 15% discount code for their next order.
• Each discount code may only be used once.
• Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the start of the Competition Period.
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Discount codes are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  

6. Prize

• The entrant with the highest number of valid referrals by the end of the Competition Period will win a $200 OldSoles USA Gift Card (“Prize”).
• The Gift Card is redeemable exclusively on oldsoles.com (US store) and may not be used in any other store or channel.
• In the event of a tie between two or more entrants, the winner will be selected at random from those tied entrants.
• The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Gift Card validity and usage terms will apply as per the Promoter’s Gift Card policy.
  

7. Winner Announcement

• The winner will be determined within 3 working days of the Competition Period ending.
• The winner will be contacted by email (using the email address provided at signup).
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  

8. Data Protection

• By entering the competition, entrants agree that their personal data (such as name and email address) will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and for marketing communications where consent has been provided.

9. General

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or referrals that are incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received due to any technical, network, or other reason.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, withdraw discount codes, or disqualify entrants where it reasonably believes there has been misuse, abuse, or fraud.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition (including altering the prize) if circumstances arise outside its control.
• By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
